14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@big4cfo.com within 14 days of any payment — a one-time report or a monthly plan payment — and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
Automatic refunds
If we cannot read your documents well enough to stand behind the figures, a one-time report is refunded in full automatically — you do not have to ask — and we email you to say why. Your documents are deleted immediately when you are refunded.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your account page. Cancelling stops future payments; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of being approved.
